Rose & Lychee Martini

There’s something about a crisp Martini that just oozes glamour, and it’s such a versatile cocktail to play with in terms of flavour.

My friend, Douglas [Blyde], is a master when it comes to cocktail recipes and we have a lot of fun when cocktail o’clock strikes and I try my hand at mixology.

One of my all-time favourites is a Rose & Lychee Martini, which we discovered a few years ago ahead of a Garden Party. Clean, crisp, delicately fruity on the palate and fragrant on the nose; it is a cocktail made to sip and savour.

Whether enjoying a much-deserved cocktail at home this weekend, or spoiling your guests before a dinner party or celebration, try your hand at this simple recipe.

I promise, you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy.
