Emma Loves… Tabata
Tabata has to be one of the best fitness plans out there. It’s so easy to fit 20 minutes into your day and you never get bored as you can mix up different moves, depending on your mood or which part of your body you want to work the most.
It’s all in the timing and effort you give; work out as hard and fast as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat in rounds. It sounds easy, but trust me it works you hard! You can easily keep track of time and concentrate on your workout with this handy app too. There are heaps out there, but this is my favourite as it’s super user friendly and functional; allowing you to set the total time and number of breaks between each exercise and set.
